No, we do not accept VACAF vouchers.
Yes, you can amend or cancel your booking, subject to certain conditions:
- Cancellation:
- More than 30 days before your arrival: your deposit will be refunded, less the €5 administrative fee deducted.
- Less than 30 days before your arrival date: the entire stay amount is due, no refunds will be given.
All cancellation requests should be made in writing (email or letter). No refund shall be given in the event of early departure or no-shows.
- Amendments:
- Requests for amendments (dates, options, accommodation…) can be made subject to availability, and at least 30 days in advance of your arrival.
- After this date, we cannot guarantee amendments.
- To avoid any loss in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we recommend you take out our cancellation insurance.
You can tell us your preferences when booking. We will do our best to meet them, although we cannot guarantee this. It depends upon our availabilities and operational constraints.
Yes, a €450 deposit is compulsory in all our holiday rentals.
Yes, this depends on the type of accommodation and time of year.
The Dune Vue Mer and Dune Nature pitches can be booked without a minimum stay length, even in the high season.
The Dune Premium pitches are available for 2 nights and upwards in the low season, requiring a minimum of 7 nights in the high season.
For holiday rentals, the minimum stay length is 2 nights in the low season and 7 nights in the high season.
In the low season, you’re free to choose your arrival and departure days.
In the high season, this also applies to pitches…
Wednesday and Saturday are the only days for holiday rental arrivals and departures.
- Arrivals: from 16:00 for holiday rentals/from 14:30 for pitches.
- Departures: before 10:00 for holiday rentals/before 11:00 for pitches.
Our largest holiday rentals can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum). Our pitches can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum).
Upon arrival, we take a basic inventory. Please let us know within 24 hours if anything is missing or faulty.
Upon departure, a meeting will be arranged with our team to complete an inventory whilst you’re still on-site.
The accommodation must be left clean. The deposit will be refunded subject to the accommodation being left in a satisfactory condition and properly cleaned.
We offer an €85 cleaning package if you don’t wish to do the cleaning yourself.
You are allowed one vehicle per booking. You can park this on the pitch or next to the accommodation, except for certain pitches where this isn’t possible. In such cases, nearby or off-site parking is available.
No, at present we do not have accommodation specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility. That said, we have sanitary blocks including a fully equipped cubicle adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Yes, visitors are allowed subject to certain conditions. They must report to reception upon arrival and must abide by our internal rules.
Visitors cannot park on the campsite.
Yes, animals are welcome (2 maximum per booking), save for the AZUR accommodation.
They must be kept on a lead, vaccinated and dogs in categories 1 and 2 (dangerous dogs under French law) are not permitted.
Yes, our Wi-Fi network covers virtually all of our campsite. However, occasional outages may arise, particularly following rare weather events.
